BAJAUR: Bajaur cricketers have once again demonstrated their exceptional talent by securing a spot in the FATA U-19 cricket team for this year’s National U-19 Cricket Championship.
Just like last year, four players from Bajaur have made it to the 16-member squad of the FATA U-19 cricket team. The team is scheduled to depart for Karachi from Peshawar Airport tomorrow.
The selected players include Sajidullah, a wicketkeeper-batsman from Ittihad Eleven Cricket Club, Wajid Ali, a left-arm spinner from Banori Super Star Cricket Club, Malik Hasbanullah from Aajiz Cricket Academy, and Arshad Iqbal from Friends Eleven Cricket Club. Additionally, Zulkifl Khan from Aajiz Cricket Club has been named among the reserve players.
This achievement reflects the continuous growth of cricket in Bajaur and the relentless hard work of its players, who are showcasing their skills not only in their region but across the country.
